Yes - this is the most common application, and it describes a lot of Destin's slab-on-grade homes. We moisture-test the slab first to make sure it's within manufacturer spec before installation.
On most modern carpet tiles the seams disappear within a few weeks of foot traffic. Patterned and quarter-turn installations hide seams even on day one.
Lift the tile, rinse it in the laundry sink (most tiles are washable), let it dry, and drop it back in. For stubborn stains, swap it with a tile from a closet and replace the hidden one.
