Our installers handle full-spread adhesive or perimeter installation depending on the product, and we heat-weld seams on safety vinyl for true commercial-grade water containment.

For small bathrooms, often yes - one seamless sheet means no joints for water to penetrate. Luxury vinyl plank is better for large open areas where the look of individual planks matters.
Quality residential sheet vinyl lasts 15-20 years. Commercial sheet vinyl with heat-welded seams can go 25+ years even in heavy-traffic facilities.
Sometimes - if the existing floor is flat, well-bonded, and not embossed too deeply. We assess on-site and recommend skim-coating, full removal, or direct overlay.
